I was very worried selling my home.  I had a terrible experience with another agent, but Sonny came highly recommended.  Sonny did not disappoint when it came to selling my home.   He came in and did a full inspection and gave us a list of what was needed to make sure we got top dollar for our home.  He referred us to a handy man to take care of some things that were out of our element.  Because of this, we were able to get well over asking price for our home!

I was working for the worst, stingy, greedy client that I ever had.  Sonny was the buyers agent on this home I was selling for a client who was already out of the state.  When Sonny submitted an amendment for repairs, my client refused to do anything.   Since this was a VA Client of his, he knew there were things that needed to be repaired before the VA inspection would get approved.  Sonny went the extra mile to do the cosmetic repairs as well as pay out of pocket to make sure his clients could get into this home.   He spent over a week getting the home ready for closing.  I have never, ever run across an agent that will go that extra mile for his people.  Working with Sonny sure taught me a lot about doing the right thing through service.

I can’t tell you how lucky I was to have Sonny as my Real Estate Agent.  My home needed touch-ups to not only list the home, but there were repairs that were needed in order for us to close the home.  Sonny was fantastic!  He took over organizing everything to get us to close this home.  When it came to small repairs like touchup on paint, sod, floor repair, Sonny took care of those repairs on his own because he knew I am not mobile enough to do them.  Besides, he wanted to make sure he saved me some money because I needed to get as much as I could out of selling my home.  When it came to getting someone to do major repairs, Sonny was always there to coordinate and meet with the people who repaired things around the home.  I didn’t have to worry about a thing!   I highly recommend Sonny as your Real Estate Agent!
